If you received a different product than initially purchased,

the item must be returned with the following:

· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

· Original packaging.

   2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

   3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss

of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service

not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return

      department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused

or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental

or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping

your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement

cost of any item you purchase from us.

How long do we keep user information?

We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives

for as long as we reasonably need it. We may alter this

practice according to changing requirements. For example, we

may delete some data if needed to free up storage space. We

may keep other data for longer periods if the law requires it.

In addition, information posted in a public forum could stay

in the public domain indefinitely.

Data management requests are administered in an orderly manner

to the extent feasible and within our direct control. Note: we

not be feasible to accommodate specific requests. In those cases,

our general data retention policy applies.
