1. Do you charge taxes on purchases?   

Only on orders shipped to Illinois. There is a 7.5% Sales Tax added; there is no sales tax for any other state.

2. Do you have a money-back guarantee?  

First, all of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item or give you a refund. You must contact us by using the Claims & Damages Form located at the Main Directory. All products returned, for other than product defects or shipping damages, must be returned within thirty (30) days and we will need to charge a 20% restocking fee. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale

3. How many days will it take for delivery?    

We strive for delivery to be within 8-10 business days after the order is placed, depending on the delivery location. This includes 1-2 business days to process and the remaining time for the carrier to deliver it to you our customer. The shipping estimate is just a guideline and is not guaranteed. In Illinois, you may receive your order in 3-4 business days, while in New York it may take 10 business days to receive your order. We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. 

 4. What are your shipping methods?    

We use UPS for both Ground and Rush orders and U.S.P.S. for P.O. Box deliveries.

 5. Where do you ship?    

We ship to the United States ONLY!  For the time we are limited but plan to ship other areas.
